We (Actually our 3 cats) had an absolutely wonderful experience with Novas Friends pet sitting. * This was a last minute booking and Crystal stepped up and handled everything as though it had been arranged months in advance

She was consistently on time and communicative, professional friendly and clearly very experienced with cats especially her level of comfort with senior cats with medical needs. She confidently administered two different types of oral medications - which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away.

Our cats adored her and were calm, comfortable and well cared for when we returned home. She truly went above and beyond. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough- if we could give more we would. Highly highly recommend!

Crystal did an excellent job looking after my cat Bunny for 3 days - she is very attentive and caring, always in communication, always responsive, no troubles whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Crystal to other clients, and will reach out to her again myself.

Our precious fur babies, Albus and Charlie, warmed up to Crystal immediately (which is rare for Albus). We feel so at ease knowing that they are in such capable and caring hands while we are away. Plus, she has gotten some of the best action shots of the boys to date! We always have a hoot going through her visit photos while we are on vacation.
